Love the design. How fast did you get her up to and if you had to build another, would you change anything design wise?

How well did that steering setup work. Looks awkward.

The steering effect on this design is called tiller effect. Once you get used to it the steering feels fine. On very tight turns the handle bar moved away from rider but for the most part it stays well within the reach of the rider. This bike was built for another person but I wish I had it for myself. It felt very nice to ride on. Too bad when I delivered it to the owner they did not take 30 seconds to see enjoying how it felt to ride.
