More Info:
A base level Zellers mountain bike. My girl friend bought it to get out riding a bike again. She is only 5 feet 1 inches tall with short legs so getting a bike to fit was a problem. She had been using her sons old mountain bike but found the front shock made the bike unpleasant to use. This bike is was bought since it made her feel better when riding. One item that did not work on the bike was the original shifters. Rather then just replace or return the bike, I bought a set of Shimano 6 speed SIS shifters to place the defective factory parts. As a result, the bike shifts better. Not perfect or like a bike with more expenisve shifters but it keeps my girlfriend interested in still riding the bike so her fitness level can improve.
