Hi, can I know what is the biggest chainring size that would fit this frame? I've exact same frame and will be using Sram Omnium crankset. Does any 49T or 50T vhainring will fit this frame? Some people said biggest chainring that would fit on this frame is 48T!

There is a few mm of space between chainring and chainstay with the stock 48t chainring, so you're probably okay with a 49 or 50. I'm not sure if it would have trouble with the crank arm clearance that Omniums have, though.

How do you like the kinlins?

They are fantastic. The ride is not quite as nice as Velocity A23s but they're light as hell and quite durable.

Hey man, looks awesome. Just ordered me a Rum Runner frame myself. I do have a question though, I notice you bought a pretty cool break guide for the rear. What company makes it? I was looking on Amazon at a couple but the one you use looks much cleaner.

I'm sure you'll love it! I'm not sure what you mean by rear break guide though.

Dude Seriously, I'm so amped for the build. So many random parts...can't wait haha. I'm referring to what you're using on the top bar that's holding your rear break cable nicely flush to the frame.

Oh, I was confused because I don't have a rear brake. I think you're referring to the bit of bar tape I wrapped around the top tube and secured with electrical tape to protect the tube from being dented by my bullhorns..?

Using the "weigh-me-and-bike, subtract-me" method it's about 21 pounds. That's with compact drops, fenders, and brake levers though, as it currently stands.
