[UPDATE]: RIP this Soma Rush. I had an accident that ruined the frame and fork so I ended up parting out what I could over the summer of '12. Soma helped me out a TON by giving me a discount on a crash replacement frame. Good people! See my other bikes for details. My first track frame. Loving it so far! Weighs in at 18lbs on the dot. I'm a bit of a weight weenie but I don't think I'll get it under 17lbs for fear of it becoming impractical.
Frame:
2011 Soma Rush 57cm. Tange Prestige steel with butted rear end. Tange forged dropouts. 75.5 deg seat tube, 74.3 deg head tube, and 58mm bb drop.
Fork/Headset:
Retrogression straight blade chrome threaded track fork. 38mm rake. Tange Seiki Passage 1" threaded headset
Crankset/Bottom Bracket:
Shimano 600 cranks - 170mm. Shimano BB
Pedals:
Wellgo RO-25 track pedals with Retrogression 2X chrome toe clips and double black leather straps.
Drivetrain/Cog/Chainring/Chain:
19T 3/32" Surly Track cog with Formula lockring. 53T Shimano 600 chainring. KMC Z chain.
Saddle/Seatpost:
Bontrager Inform RXL saddle - Hollow Ti rails and carbon reinforcement. Velo Orange Grand Cru seatpost. Looking to get a Thomson Elite.
Brakes:
Tektro Quartz R720 dual pivot front brake with stock pads. Tektro RL720 cross lever.
Front Wheel/Hub/Tire:
Spinergy Rev-X raw carbon fiber 4 spoke. Decals removed. 25C Serfas Seca RS tire in gray.
Rear Wheel/Hub/Tire:
Alexrim DA28 700c Rim laced to All City track hub in pewter with DT Swiss Competition double butted (2.0-1.8) silver spokes. 25c Serfas Seca RS tire

love it, love it, love it...I too have Soma Rush in RED, too damn broke to build it up with quality parts though... which brings me to my next comment, let me borrow $1000!! come on, we're Rush brothers right??

Yeeeah rush bros :P I wish I could help but I actually built this up with lots of used parts so it didn't cost as much as you'd think lol
