I second both, especially when it comes to radial lacing on that hub. It probably won't get ridden much though so it will probably be okay.

The bars are from Brick Lane Bikes and labeled as such, not sure who actually makes them. As for the front wheel, its 28 spoke and came radial laced. I think it will be fine.

if you really want to know, it's also the only part on your bike that's just not 'correct' .... but who cares. you did seem to care, but whatevs ;-)
