Going with the S stamped on the bottom bracket and the fact that it has round seatstays, I think this is a Strada.

S is the symbol of the guy who prepared the frame before painting. Strada had the markings M (Matrix, Cromor), then WW (Brain); the frame is Corsa Extra (narrow version, without SSC) - it can be built from SLX, 753 or 653, production from early 1989.
