I picked this up off an exchange student for a steal, who knows where he came across it. It was a full track setup with Mavic tubulars on 36h Campagnolo Pista hubs. He was using it to get to uni and back breakless. Its decalled up by 'Racescene' who are a specialist shop up in the North of England. Cant really find much on Borghini but its nicely made and pretty light in Columbus Aluthron tubing without the decal. Its my beater really, used everyday to work and back and out for spins with the boys.
Frame:
Columbus Aluthron 7005 aluminium tubing.
Fork/Headset:
Basso aluminium fork, 'Aheadset' made by Cane Creek I believe.
Crankset/Bottom Bracket:
Miche Advanced 170mm cranks, Stronglight BB.
Pedals:
Shimano SPD
Drivetrain/Cog/Chainring/Chain:
Sram Truativ 48t ring (from an Omnium crankset), Izumi track chain, 17t Miche sprocket.
Saddle/Seatpost:
San Marco Concor Racing carbon fibre saddle, Cinelli Vai post.
Front Wheel/Hub/Tire:
H+Son Archetype rim, Miche Primato Track hub.
Rear Wheel/Hub/Tire:
H+Son Archetype rim, Miche Primato Track hub.
Accessories:
Deda bar tape, Campagnolo Seat post clamp.
