This was the old Keirin school racing/training bike of New Zealand cyclist Simon van Velthooven (London Olympic medallist) from the 2012 season. Note the Engrish spelling of NZ on the TT sticker. Full NJS bar the pedals

Nice. NJS-Export has one on their site. Yours is better, with the Max fork. Theirs has a loooong top tube, 58cm, seat tube is 58 c-t-t. Nice find!
