De Rosa SLX

After a looong and painful process of acquiring exactly what I wanted (down to the tinniest little detail...) I can finally sit back and enjoy 'the view'! :)

Frame:
De Rosa SLX / 56cm

Fork/Headset:
Pantographed De Rosa fork (De Rosa dropouts) / Campagnolo Record Headset

Crankset/Bottom Bracket:
Campagnolo Croce D'Aune

Pedals:
Campagnolo Record

Drivetrain/Cog/Chainring/Chain:
Campagnolo 8sp / 13t-23t / 52t-42t / Rohloff SLT 99 Chain

Derailleurs/Shifters:
FD Campagnolo Croce D'Aune, RD Campagnolo Record / Campagnolo Record 8sp Ergo Shifters 2nd Gen

Handlebars/Stem:
Cinelli Giro D'Italia (40cm), Cinelli 1R

Saddle/Seatpost:
Brooks B15 Swallow / Campagnolo C Record 27.2mm

Brakes:
Campagnolo Record (Dual Pivot)

Front Wheel/Hub/Tire:
Campagnolo Shamal / Record / Vittoria Slick 23mm

Rear Wheel/Hub/Tire:
Campagnolo Shamal / Record / Vittoria Slick 23mm

Accessories:
Campagnolo Cables all around, Silca Impero framefit Pump, Brooks Leather bartape & Brooks Black Leather Trouser Strap

More Info:
Specs are based of my research and to the best of my knowledge! Due well known Campagnolo 'habit' to downgrade its components after a few years in production, making todays Record groupset for example - tomorrows Chorus (and further down the line in their hierarchy) it's very difficult to claim for sure which component belongs to what group without knowing exact year of production, so I apologize for any mistakes I might have made.

I have the exact same gruppo on my Somec Supercorsa (minus the Shamals, but with Record hubs/ Mavic Ceramic rims).
There's something special in those mid-90ies componentry, maybe because they somehow mark the line between "old school" and "modern" bikes. Stunning build anyways!

:) If that'll make it easier for you, this one is way too small for me as well, but I just couldn't pass up this one cause they're really hard to find here in my country, I just had to go for it! :)
