Built on a relatively cheap base (approx. $300), I am slowly upgrading my parts and making my fixie better. Parts I have changed from the original bike: stem, handlebars, fork, straps, seatpost, seat. I am looking forward to changing my frame too. I don't know which one I'll get though.
