You are the reason i fell in love with the Bolt four years ago - when i was 15 and didn't know how to fix a flat tire! Now i bought a frameset myself and i'm definitely stealing your gumwall idea! Fantastic job man!

I know you don't own this bike anymore but considering that I'm 5'8, should I get this frame in 55cm or 53 cm? I'm currently riding a 56cm Fuji Track Pro fine.

This thing is seriously stunning. Would you recommend a 3t stem? I plan on getting the ARX pro.

The wheel/tire combination looks awesome! Another example of the harmony between Bolts and Open Pros.

When you were talking about rubber compound to stop the rattling? What did you mean exactly? and how did you do it?

gabeone

gabeone says:

Silicone, put a little bit on the lever and put it in open position over night and let it dry. It's not permanent but it stops the rattle. easy to remove if necessary.

Love your cinelli ;) nice build!! how much do your bike weight? is sz55 fit just right for you? whats your height if i may know..

gabeone

gabeone says:

Thank you! It weighs in at about 16.5lbs. It got heavier with the brake setup. But definitely worth it. Personally, I prefer smaller, more compact frames. I'm 6' 2", and the 55 fits me perfectly. I should be on a 56-58. But it's ok. :]

What size you prefer me to take with a medium height of the seatpost. I am 172cm and I would like to know did it hurt your back when bending down to those frame as it is a pursuit frame :)

Honestly, go for a 51 or 53. The negative slope isn't felt much.
