Frame was built by local legends, Jo Gardin and his partner, in their Toronto frame building shop in the 80s. These are the same guys that built Curt Harnett's bikes for the olympics. Sadly, Jo passed away a few years ago. I thought I would pay my respects by building this NOS frame up beautifully in a true Canadian colour scheme. Represent.
