I agree, the company does not seem as organized or professional as they should be. I ordered my type 2 complete and it arrived, but when I took the frame out there where chips and scratches on it from bad packaging, it seems like they wrap the frame and just throw everything else in there, I asked Vince to send a new frame, waiting for a response.

yea thats probably not going to happen. Mine came free of any packing issues but with downgraded components. not full carbon fork and bullhorns instead of carbon drops. He said they were out of stock and he would send the items in a month. its been 4 months and he no longer replies to my emails. I live locally and plan on stopping by his warehouse soon or something....
