Serial indicates 1991. Came with a few original parts, but I am still piecing it together here and there. Shown with POCT wheels, though that's not the wheelset I plan to run on this bike! Headset is a bit pitted and will need to be replaced.

Not a common color scheme, and also a very small size. Bottom bracket was replaced with another XB3 bottom bracket, and this one (sadly) did not come with many original parts.
My intent is to build it up for both track and street riding.

Maybe u know that if your stem has a mark of CDTB(Central Design and Technological Bureau) on it, it was made for takhion. Otherwise this stem was made for XB3 Kvant according to takhions's stem drawings.
