i dont live in the bay area, but i would HIGHLY RECOMMEND people to get that frame (or the seller decides to keep it) CONTACT fuji ASAP! their frame are life time warranty and if you give them your crack or damaged frame, they will ship you a whole new frame, free of charge

thing is, warranties usually hold only for the person who bought the item. As soon as its transferred/sold second-hand the warranty is usually voided. Maybe fuji has a different policy. But eitherway, the clamp issue looks fine. The frame has been my fav colorway of the track series and I would get this if it was my size. It would be better for the seller to exchange frames and then perhaps sell it
