Don't know much about Icon, but the measurements are as follows:
110 mm stem, 1 inch
30ish clamp
31.6 mm seatpost
Unfortunately I don't know the set back. I think is somewhere around 26mm
Selling for 20 each, or 30 for both. Shipping not included
Willing to Stade for 0 set back seatpost of the same size or stem/handlebar combo

How high does the stem measure above the minimum insertion point? it looks sorta short
I don't know, it seems pretty normal, I'll let you know when I get home from work
it's 6.5 inches (16.5 cm) from the minimum insertion line to the seat rail clamp.
