I'm really keen on buying an NJS track frame in size 57-60cm (top tube 56-57cm). As I'm based in Berlin and would like to avoid customs and taxes, the frame should be located within the EU. I'd prefer frames from frame builders such as 3Rensho, Makino, Kalavinka, Nagasawa and Samson. Thanks!
