pulled this bike out after 7ish years. it’s my commuter for work now. new wheelset, brakes removed, Peugeot stickers replaced. Stage 4 will likely be the last stage of this bike before i switch to a new frame.

These 10s make heavy fixed and the odd threading can be a nightmare. They are awesome geared though where a few extra pounds don't matter as much. But thanks for not painting,patina is cool.

Nice upgrade. Don't worry too much about upgrading anything... What you can do is get some single speed/track chainring bolts, and remove one of the chainrings. Usually on a conversion you will want to run the chainring in the location of the inner ring to keep the chain line straight. Also get yourself a level and level out that saddle. Your taint will thank you.

Thanks for the tips! and lol i fixed the saddle as soon as i was done takin pics. i went on a small ride just to get a feel and it already started hurting.
