1989 Trek 1000. White-on-white fixie.

This was my first fixed gear build. I started with a stock 1989 Trek 1000. It's the tallest frame in this line at 62cm!

Yes, I have heard of ghost bikes. I think they are a striking way to pay tribute to someone who was killed and to raise cycling awareness amongst motorists. However to say that simply building a white-on-white bike is "somewhat distasteful" is completely beyond me. I think it is "somewhat distasteful" (and perhaps "completely moronic") for you to make assumptions about my reasons for choosing a white-on-white aesthetic.
