1991 Raleigh Olympian

Bike has been resprayed. Raleigh is stamped into rear upper frame near seat post. Has shimano 500 exage with biopace rings. Weinmann skinny rims and shimano qr. Any help on identifying the the frame? Maybe a 1990 Veloce or a 1991 Olympian/ Elan?
