No, sir. I love this frame...
They show up on Craigslist and eBay every so often. I found this one through a national Craigslist search... found another one (the steel version) for a buddy the same way a few months later.

it's twitchy because of your long stem

It's twitchy because it's a track bike. Longer stem actually mitigates twitchiness.
