In 1997, GT introduced 3 new carbon fiber high end LTS full susp. MTB’s and 3 new Aero road bikes including the alien looking Vengeance triathlon bike
The Vengeance was based on the old SB-1 or first generation Superbike and turned out to be a template for almost all TT bikes used in the world today due to the enforcement of stricter rules governing aerodynamics brought about by the SB-2 and others.
