2010 KHS Flite 100

My newest project that came into my ownership due to boredom on FGFS. Still got alot to do to it. Everything is stock except the saddle but ill try to se wat I can do about that....

Frame:
2010 55cm KHS Flite 100 cromo

Fork/Headset:
Stock/doo doo headset made of plastic that I need to replace cause it scares the doo doo out of me.

Crankset/Bottom Bracket:
SRAM S200 / the SRAM external one. Shoot idk

Pedals:
Silver MKS Gr-9 / All city M Black cages / All City black straps

Drivetrain/Cog/Chainring/Chain:
idk 14t / 48t SRAM S200 stock chainring / Z CHAIN MOFO

Derailleurs/Shifters:
Wat are these?....

Handlebars/Stem:
Nitto RB021 38m x 26.0 Fizik 2mm Black micro wrap / Thomson 100m x -/+ 10* x 26.0

Saddle/Seatpost:
Selle Italia titanium Flite / stock

Front Wheel/Hub/Tire:
Mavic open 4CD / Shimano / a black one

Rear Wheel/Hub/Tire:
some random doodoo one / a silver peice of metal / a black one

Accessories:
Silver Thomson Stem cap / fender for the North West rain

Why would someone go from threadless to threaded? Threadless is way more stiff and its easier to change bars and stems for better fit.
