Headwind killa! Rad build, I dig the wasabi green color
Posted over 12 years ago
thanks for the comment! lol I stripped the frame of its parts and dropped it off at the powdercoat shop a few days ago. So that means no more Wasabi Green. =[ The new color will still be green, just a different shade of it. Pics will be up as soon as I get the bike up and running again!

Dude Im waiting for Mekala Powdercoat to call me back. I got a new paintjob lol. And btw, I love that you went clipless.

Wow can't wait to see what color it's going to be next. The clipless was an experiment and I actually loved it!

Wow that paintjob is really nice! You'll break necks for sure. And that ratio looks heavy too. Hopefully ride soon.

The 15t cog was fun when I ran it with the 48t messenger. But not Its a hastle trying to get up to speed from a stop light with the 50t. I'll probably just get a bigger cog so I can work on spinning and climbing Kunia.

In other words, Im getting over that phase where I thought having a heavy ratio shows that youre boss. But in reality, its better to know what gearing is efficient and comfortable for you. 50x15 is fun when sprinting, but now its just getting tiring for me.

Looks nice, not feelin' the stem too much though.

thanks. I went with threadless because I dont rly like threaded stems unless theyre on older frames. Used this 35deg stem for a time trial I just did and am planning to buy a 17 deg stem in the right length.
