70's track frame

Frame was re-painted by a local bike shop. Now stripped and clear coated. Needs a decent paint job. Builder and origin of the frame is unknown. Probably late 70's. Cinelli lugs. Campagnolo track ends.

Bike has been stripped of parts for my Cinelli. I'll upgrade the headset, stem and handlebars to something correct for this bike.
