Wellgo with toe clips.

38 x 17

Handlebars/Stem:
Nitto quill stem with True Temper flat bars

Saddle/Seatpost:
Charge Spoon

Front Wheel/Hub/Tire:
Maxxis DTH 26 x 2.15

Rear Wheel/Hub/Tire:
Maxxis DTH 26 x 2.15
