This bike is beautiful, the Champagne Money color is amazing. The Cinelli/Mash BullHorns are pretty solid and feel so natural in your hands. I was running Used Sugino Grand mighty 165s and it had a little toe overlap, I wanted to run SRAM Omnium and I found a deal on New pair of 172.5s. There is a lot of overlap, but you get used to it. This bike is pretty smooth, you forget how smooth Steel is compared to Aluminum. I want to switch to Clipless and run in the velodrome, but there is not one near. I need to make a trip up to the dc area.

I used to run a 16t cog and now run a 15t cog, the different isn't much, but you get used to the high gear.

Really considering these bullhorns. I know this might sound strange but are there any issues with gripping them? They're not TOO bulky?

they are textured and have a multiple natural positions which to grip. i love them. they fit so nice in your hands. bar tape is needed for the tip of the horns as there is no texture really to grip on. overall they are worth the buy.

wow nice bike, but how do u handle the toe overlap or pedal strike? I want to buy it in 52 and use 170mm cranks

The toe overlap is noticeable, but you understand and learn to adjust to the movement of the bike and the pedal strikes. 170 wouldn't be so bad, but 165 is perfect. I have a set of grand mighty in 165 that I am thinking about throwing on the bike.

52cm frame with 172.5mm cranks? Do you have a short body with super long legs? O_O;

Pretty sick build dude! Have you ever thought about angling the bars with the degree of the stem? I think it would look better but then again, I hate the feel of riding with angled bars. Hahaha.
And that's a pretty heavy gear my friend. ;] You've probably got some nice legs. Haha.

Thanks alot. My legs are prettg beast. But it comes with the gear ratio. I recently moved to a more hilly area and im going to change the gear to low 80 or high 70. Thanks and you have some nice builds your self. If you e er find your self in the st louis area, a ride is in order.

I know i need to get better pics but i have been so busy. The bike is so smooth ans rides beautifully. I am still loving the bike. The seat needs to get upgraded, as the current one is painful after 20-30 miles.

That is great to hear! I'm glad your loving it. My Champagne Green Affinity Lo Pro is due in the mail tomorrow, so I'm very much looking forward to building it up!! As for me I ride a Kashimax 4P Kieren saddle, like a rock. Im hoping to change it over to a saddle like yours soon though.

You'll love this bike. It's something you ride and it will feel wonderful. Steel is a great material for this bike. Smooth roads are great, but the roads with potholes and other road issues due feel through the bike, but not as much as others I have noticed. I can't wait to see your build. Let me know how it turns out.

It is a beautiful frame. Take care of it. It's a wonderful bike. Fyi it's 4130 cromo which is steel. It is really light which could be mistaken for steel. What is your idea of parts for it?

Great build! The Mash Bullhorns look so perfect on it! I think polished H+Son Formation Faces would look really nice on it. Also, why clipless for the track? A lot of riders prefer straps and cages for the track, because you can get the straps extremely tight. take a look at these pictures: http://groundupdesigns.com/media/15289/... and http://www.flickr.com/photos/nztony/377... It's all personal preference though, but since you already have straps and cages, why not stick with them?
