Restoration project. Made of high end Reynolds 531 SL Professional Competition tubing. Very rare find, considering it was all in one piece and without any rust. For a 35+ year old steel frame it rides really nice, stiff when you put out power, yet compliant, even when you go off road on some dirt trails. This bike in particular is more of a touring/ gravel grinder/ all around kind of bike; not pictured are also saddle and handlebars bags to carry stuff. Anyway, enjoy! (:

I like the choice of silver 5800. Form and function on the build. Any issues about shift/brake levers hitting the handlebar bag when shifting?

Thanks man, always about function.
Function always come out over form!
Don't have a problem with the bag to be honest (:

Great resto! I would have picked a classic bend bar but that's about it.

I understand, unfortunately I could care less about aesthetics, I like practical bikes, hence the reason why I chose ergo bars.

Besides being able to remove the handlebars easily, there's really nothing that makes a thread less stem any less or more practical.
Not to mention I kept this the cockpit 3TTT with the exception of the Campy seatpost.

I still have my Bertin road racing bike I purchased from a shop near Ft. Lauderdale, Fl, in 1973. Currently set up as a single speed and was repainted in the early 80's from black to gold. Yours is a beauty to behold!
