I have designed and manufactured the stem on my work. It took about 17 hours from start to the final resultet. The stem should anodize black to match the frame.

Yes, it looks a little funny but it can not be different now that the head tube is designed to TT stem side down into the head tube.
If the head tube had to be usually designed so that it would not have looked so strange again.
The frame fits me perfectly when set up to 1000 meters and 4000 meters Pursuit.

that is not my intention, just wonder why, since there are larger sizes of this frame and chose a small, I had to put my stem Felt like my but before having to go to extremes I changed the size frame.

I do see where you are coming from, frame sizing does matter. I have always struggled with finding a track bike that actually fits because I'm so tall.
