Battaglin World Champion '87 TT

These don't come up very often, so I purchased it regardless of the condition it was in. Don't really know much about it w.r.t tubing, etc. Please fill me in? :) If you look at the seat stays, notice how they are only painted till just past the brake bridge. This is unlike all the others on the interweb!
