Columbus Max Track frame built in a small town in New Zealand. Made before all the generic road and mountain bikes they make in China now. Bit of pasta and rice going on here with a mixture of parts but oh well, it is nice to finally ride it. I want to run full dura ace on it but that may be a wee while off yet. I also wanted to get it painted and redo the original decals but I kind of like the paint how it is.... Frame and Fork now for sale!

How much does that frame weigh?

Ah not sure sorry. It isn't too bad but the wheelset must help with that. It weighs less than my other Max frame though

Great frame! I'd love to get my hands on a Max tubed track frame.

Very nice! Looks good the way it is now. But a Dura ace group as your plan would be nice as well.

Holy crap, that's really nice!! the large tubing looks great with the lugs. And, of course, those track Shamals are great! I've got the road versions, definitely my favorite wheelset.
