brakes, on at wheelset? id imagine that would leave scratches/marks on there, no?
Posted almost 11 years ago
Yeah its better that way since the police will confiscate the bike right away when no brake is installed. And its fairly easy to get rid of the marks, just needs some polishing time to time.

combo of zen and omnium looks good, what bolt did u use on them? heard that omnium bolt is slightly longer for that?
Posted over 11 years ago
thanks. yeah at first the fit was good but after a few kilometers i heard cracking noises. I exchanged them for shorter sram bolts and probably going to get sugino bolts.

love them compagnolo wheels! how tall are you? and how does it ride just ordered mines

I love the frame, it rides smooth enough for longer tours but yet stiff enough for sprints! I love the wheelset too, at first I wasn't to sure about the 12 spokes in the front and 16 in the back but it works fine and as long as you dont shred. Wich colour did you order ?

how does this frame ride? im looking into a new frame and this is on my list.
Posted almost 12 years ago
I absolutely love it. Its really responsive because of the short top tube and lo pro geo. Also its quite light and stiff for a Steel frame.

looks good for the most part.
might want to lower your seat post a little so you level out your saddle. and also, bar angle.
dope wheel set!
Posted almost 12 years ago
thanks!
Bar angle was adjusted after the first test ride.
The seatpost is in the right height for my legs to not bend in too much.

looks like it could go lower a half an inch so you level your saddle. shouldn't be parellel to that sloped tt
