Why 1x1 with Campy? No hills?

It's not 1x1. It was 1x11. So, had 11 gears. A 48 or 50tooth chainring with an 11-28 provided more than enough range for coastal Florida.

Love your bike. I've got a CAAD12 Disc on the way in the same colorway. Since it will be my winter bike I'm thinking 25 or 28 skinwalls for a little Paris-Roubaix inspiration; appreciate how it looks on your bike.

It was a great bike. Have moved on to other projects, but it was still fantastic.

Beautiful bike dude, love the wheel tire combo.
Side question, how's the chain line when running in the higher extremities of the cassette?
