I think they keep your feet in nice and tight. I do like classic look of toe cages double straps.

Such a nice build but the hold fast kills it ); i like them dont get me wrong, but i would prefer straps and cage or clipless. try it dude.

becouse when you ride with it.. it makes a awesome sound like wooooossssss.. it sounded so aerodynamic lol.. thats my experience with a sram s80 dunno about the other models
