I'm 5'7'', 30'' inseam i think, but it's a bit on the small side for me, i'm planning on sizing up

It's a short frame with really bad toe over lap though, about 2cm with 32's and 165's, toe clips literally touched the rim, so 38's would be pretty sketchy.
Judging from your other bikes i think you'd be better off with the 54cm, which still only has a 53cm tt
