Got it for $400 and a pair of panaracers. Love it so far. Clemente is a custom builder out of Florida that specialized in track bikes, they are less active now but the owner is still doing well you can find him on Insta if you have and questions. I am still working on it but im running is in its current form just to have fun on it.
