Yes i know... Its like a sore thumb on my bike. My current crank does not feel stiff at all. Im looking at either suntour superbe or dura ace. Well, hopefully i find a good deal on those.

Because i tryed several combinations to fit in the frame, but as far i always had a problem, the crank's "star" part is always collided with the chain fork. I tried sram omnium, miche primato (with its miche 107mm BB), but i got the same problem with both setup. Myb i shoud try a larger (113) axle lenght, but in this case my chain line will be massed up, as i see 1 of ur pictures too.
