Great bike! But your tyres are mounted the wrong way.. The Veloflex label should be on the left, just take a look on your tyres, they have an arrow pointing forward (on your bike backward) on them.

Getting some proper track cranks in there should be priority #1. Beautiful bike, but that needs to happen pronto.
