Colnago Super Pista - Saronni Red

Just built this up. Right now I am in the process of sourcing leather for full lace up wraps. The leather I bought ended up being too short so I had to cut it down. I also may change the Titan / 3ttt bars & stem to a Cinelli 2A & 67-40.

Frame:
53cm

Fork/Headset:
Colnago Super Pista / Campagnolo Pista

Crankset/Bottom Bracket:
Campagnolo Record Pista

Pedals:
Campagnolo C Record Pista

Handlebars/Stem:
Cinelli 67-40 / Cinelli 2A (100mm)

Saddle/Seatpost:
Ideale / Campagnolo C Record Aero

Front Wheel/Hub/Tire:
Campagnolo C Record Pista (Sheriff Star) / Mavic Open Pro 32 hole

Rear Wheel/Hub/Tire:
Campagnolo C Record Pista (Sheriff Star) / Mavic Open Pro 32 hole

Track grips are great, on the track. Regardless, I am in the process of sourcing leather for some lace up wraps. The leather I had was too short so i had to cut it down. I think they look great, though full wraps will look better.

Agree. I've always like the look of fully wrapped bars v.s. track grips. Some shellaced cloth tape would look bitchin' on this.

Now that I look at your wheels again, I really wish I still had my sheriff star hubsto lace to OPs–great idea.

how about sheriffstar's hubs lace to deep v's?

MustangWolf says:

Fazz7, did that in the past—not a fan of deep section, aluminum rims anymore as they're heavy and any aero advantages are lost unless you are at a decent clip for a sustained effort.

(That and to me, its contrived and poser-ish).
