Very lightly sanding with 600 grit sandpap speayinger before spraying.
Pass quest spider 144 bcd spider for cranks.

Good guy from our fixed gear community who now lives in France helped to get from there.
It looks like there were carbon-kevlar version and carbon version of the bar. Carbon-kevlar is lighter, around 200 grams. This one I have is actually interesting composite combination of three materials: aluminum inside with a fairly thick layer of some foam I guess and then finally carbon on top. Not so light at 301 grams but very fun to ride as it flexes. Plus it's more reliable I believe.
