Hand made in Seattle Washington by bill Davidson. Super rare 700/650c pursuit frame. Traded it off but was definitely worth keeping.

Also, if you want to know more about what you have here, send the serial # and pics to Davidson. They're going strong, and afaik Bill Davidson is still involved in the business.

I have reached out to them for some info and specs, also confirm it's Columbus steel and to get a fresh set of decals ! Thanks that's a great tip .
