A reinterpretation of my first road bike but this time in carbon fibre. Mechanical Shimano Ultegra 6800 throughout. Components bought on a trip to Tokyo - try stuffing all that in a suitcase w/ your clothes and all kinds of mementos!

Cane Creek Series 40 headset in black, Shimano Pro alloy spacers
Crankset/Bottom Bracket:
Shimano Ultegra 6800 compact crankset, 50-34T & matching Shimano Ultegra bottom bracket(BB-R60).
Pedals:
Wellgo C-260 in black.
Drivetrain/Cog/Chainring/Chain:
Compact 50-34T chainrings, 11-28 11 speed Ultegra cassette. Ultegra chain (HG-X11 I guess?).
Derailleurs/Shifters:
Shimano Ultegra 6800. Medium cage rear derailleur.
Saddle/Seatpost:
Controltech iPost 27.2mm carbon seatpost. Specialized Toupe Pro saddle, 143mm width.
Brakes:
Shimano Ultegra 6800
Front Wheel/Hub/Tire:
Campagnolo Vento Asymmetric, Specialized Espoir Elite 25mm tyre.
Rear Wheel/Hub/Tire:
Campagnolo Vento G3 Asymmetric, Specialized Espoir Elite 25mm tyre.
Accessories:
Sparse front light, Blackburn Mars 4.0 rear light, matching blue Evoc saddle bag.
