Haha... Why in the world is it YOUR business what this person spends his/her money? If you want this type of bike, get a job that pays, save your cash and then put your money, literally, where your mouth is. This bike rocks! Without clips, without a spoked rear wheel. The aesthetic vs. performance vs. weight vs. cost thing is in the eye of the beholder. This ride is awesome looking and not some trendy looking hack job. Too many people being sheep instead of being shepherds. Stop doing what everyone else is doing. BE ORIGINAL. Nice ride, period.

yes, I think size 50 suit for you (and me too!). Actually I thinks size 52 is not too big but seatpost too short and top tube is too high and I feel uncomfortable..

youve got to be kidding me
youre riding this on the street, and riding less than a mile a day. you would be just as well suited by a much cheaper bike and let someone have this who would be getting some real use from it.

dont get me wrong it's amazing and you are very lucky for having it but only riding 2km a day is right a long the lines of being a rich hipster who has a very un practical bike just for the hell of it.
please tell me you use this bike for other things than to ride a couple hundred yards down the road.

sorry if i was harsh

my khs is >$900 and often gets a solid 50km a day in sometimes terrible conditions, and i think it's crazy you've got the money to buy something like this wonderful space machine and hardly use it.

I also think it's a pity having this but hardly ride it. I live in traffic-jammed area in Beijing. I just ride on the way to school. but if I have free time I'll ride to suburbs for 20km. I know many people think I am crazy, I also wonder it myself. I'm not a rich hipster. But I really love and crazy for fixed gear.

at least it seems like your attitude is right and like you truly like it, so i revoke the unpractical part. i do truly hope you are riding for the joy of it and not because it's the 'cool' thing to do having a fixed wheel bike. ride when you can and break many necks with your beautiful machine since youre lucky enough to have it

@akuma what? theres a huge difference between someone who has a few different bikes like one for daily commute and then a fancy dream machine and one where a person spends 5k on only one bicycle and doesnt ride it because it's uncomfortable or because the weather is bad.

i didn't mean to sound like you should own a cheaper bike instead of this one, because obviously people want quality and you definitely have it with the dosnoventa, i was just saying if you were barely using it than it was borderline overkill especially if it's your only bicycle.
