My Dosnoventa Montecarlo! Dealing with Dosnoventa was a total nightmare but thankfully Sarto makes a beautiful frame.

Some of you may have read this before but dealing with Dosnoventa was a total nightmare for me. My frame took 4 months for me to get (More than double what I was told) and communication was painful or non-existent. It took days to get any sort of update on progress and I always had to send multiple emails.
They painted my frame wrong the first time. When they finally sent it they painted the fork the wrong colour and forgot to put the dropout plates on the frame. They had to send me the dropout plates and after a month of arguing with them, agreed to pay for part of the cost to fix the fork.
The frame is stunning and I really enjoy the ride but I would never deal with Dosnoventa again.
TL;DR Sarto makes a beautiful frame but Dosnoventa is more interested in updating a facebook page and throwing parties than making sure an order is right.

I had similar communication problems w/ Dosnoventa; there certainly is a language barrier. My fork was painted incorrectly but it was eventually sorted out. The Dosnoventa Detroit 2 is nice overall but I'm getting ready to sell my frame (I just don't like riding pursuit geo).

Nice Build ! Friends of mine had the same problems and decided to cancel the build. Incredible unprofessionel, less marketing more service.

this is beautiful build. I am really disheartened to hear your issue with them. Customer Service should be a top priority to any business model. I am glad you got it finally after the pain you went through with it. Either way, She's beautiful.
