This is the Federal Moonstone, dedicated for Touring. This bike was originally made in Indonesia by Federal Cycles. It has the original paint and decals as it first launched back in 1989. The name is Ultimo, means 'the last', yet maybe the last Federal Bike which has its original paint and decals.
