Accidentally removed your comment lol. These are obviously team bikes for a Dutch track cycling team. They have got a new sponsor and needed to get rid of them. Now we have got 8 of these framesets in our city.
As far as I know these things are handbuilt in the Netherlands. We also did a trip to the velodrome in Hamburg and erverybody was super stoked to see us fixie kids on these trackbikes
