Spoke to wifey and she translated the kanji for me..."Yamashita Masaru", a name!!! Maybe the rider's name or the builder???

the 3Rensho actually isnt NJS, its got all thats extra tubing. I really like the rainbow flake on this bike. Im going to have to do that to one of mine
