I just picked up the black Mark V and wanted to look up more info on the brand but all I know is they went down 2013 I guess. What happened??

Thanks!. I am not exactly sure. :( I tried to look up what happened but couldn't find anything. My guess is that they could not keep up with other companies producing beginner bikes and the market for track bikes had died down. Its such a shame because they made such high quality frames for not a whole lot of money.

From what I understand, the owner's daughter died. I think she was involved in running the business as well. After that, the owner just kinda let the business slide away. Kinda sad.
