Routens is a small artisanal brand from Grenoble; this bike was presumably built by Jean-Paul Routens. It wasn't quite finished, but it was already in much better shape.

Would have loved to finish the bike but sold it to a friend like that,I took advantage of the bike being back home for maintenance to take some photos
But i will soon take more photos of the shifters and thé jean paul routens signature
