Jette Cycles Hand Built Endurance Road

So after decades of riding factory bikes that are too small (Yeah the 63cm Centurion is still too small) I developed a C5-C6 neck injury that demanded changing to a properly fitting frame set. After a professional bike fit I started looking around at custom frame & fork jig designs/ supplies and tubing sets for large bikes. 3 months, and a hell of a lot more work that I ever imagined. here's what I came up with:

Frame:
Lugged / Brazed 66 cm Columbus Zona Nivachrome double oversize cylindrical butted tubing, Lewellen Cadenzia Double OS lugs and Lewellen braze on cable guides, dropouts and accessories.Brazed with Radnor 56 silver brazing alloy

Fork/Headset:
Columbus Max Nivachrome straight Aero Fork blades with Lewellen 7 degree fork crown and Lewellen dropouts. Custom length 1-1/8 " straight Steerer tube. FSA Orbit XL II headset.

Pedals:
Shimano SPD Road

Drivetrain/Cog/Chainring/Chain:
Sram Force 22 177.5 mm carbon cranks 52 38 with Sram force 22 11-32 cassette and Sram force Chain

Derailleurs/Shifters:
Sram Force 22 with "Yaw" front derailleur, Sram force 22 wiFli medium cage rear. Sram force 22 double tap carbon brake/shift levers.

Handlebars/Stem:
44 cm FSA Gossamer Aero handlebars, Specialized pro 100 mm adjustable mount stem. wrapped with Lizard skinz 3.0 tape

Saddle/Seatpost:
Easton EC70 27.2 carbon seat post and Selle Royal Respiro Saddle.

Brakes:
Sram Force 22 Front and Rear

Front Wheel/Hub/Tire:
Rollf Prima Vigor RS 700c handbuilt wheel/hub Schwalbe Dorano 25mm tire

Rear Wheel/Hub/Tire:
Rollf Prima Vigor RS 700c handbuilt wheel/hub Schwalbe Dorano 25mm tire
